With the rapid growth of the University, the bookstore was looking to expand the merchandise of memorabilia and textbooks online. The chosen structure is of a portal. The new website is dynamic and easy to navigate. In a matter of days, the new look attracted new costumers and some products sold over 100% over the same period with the former website. www.byuibookstore.com
Dan Johnson Photographer website
Dan Johnson's photographs are used in magazines and agencies all over the world. He wanted a new and more interactive website to show over 100 of his best photos.

The first website of this Californian band needed to be simple and follow the color scheme used by the band.
The result was exactly what they wanted and needed.

Series of web banners and poster to serve as links from different BYU-I pages to the Bookstore website.
Carousel Court Apartments website
Another website re-do.
The old website didn't reflect the new the visual identity and new logo of Carousel Court.
They wanted something clean, in pastel tones and easy to navigate.
Also, a cool Flash opening presenting the features of the complex give a unique touch to the website.

2007 Yellow Pages College Ad Contest. I got second place at BYU-Idaho and represented the University at the national competition.

Logotype - Burgstock
Logo for "Burgstock" music festival. The idea was to make a college music festival that would remind the original "Woodstock". So the logo is my idea of a new version for the old logo: the guitar and the bird are there, but with a whole new look.
Logotype - School Supplies
Logo for the "School Supplies Foundation" a fictitious non profit organization that distributes school supplies to kids in need. For the class Comm 130.
Logotype - Choperia Chopp Barra
Logo for "Chopp Barra", a high class bar in Barra Mansa, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Signage project for Warner Music Group. For class 3D-Design.
Mockup - UFO
Fictional exhibition for Smithsonian Institution about UFO's. It is a 3/4 inch scale mockup.

Patricia Parrela was born in Brazil and lives in Idaho where she goes to BYU-Idaho and is a senior in B.A. in Art - Graphic Design emphasis, graduating in December 2008.
Since 1999 Patricia works as a Web Designer and freelance Graphic Designer.
